Digital Memories with Pat Nicholson
We all have collections of old photographs that we would like to preserve and share.
Join Pat Nicholson to learn how to digitise your old photographs, slides and negatives. Digitised photographs will no longer fade and you can share multiple copies to multiple people. Pat will guide you through the process of digitizing your old photographs - reparing and cropping images using a free photo app. He will then teach you how to place your images into a MS Word Document and record that important information about who, what, where and when the photograph was taken. Once complete you will have a book of Digital Memories that you can share with others.
For this workshop you will need - A USB or other storage device, Old Photographs to Scan - If you have your own Lap Top bring it along, or you can use one of the two computers in our Community Access Room.
Sessions Run Every Wednesday from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm across our Winter Program
July 17, 24, 31 - Aug 7, 14, 21, 28 - Sep 4, 11, 18
There are only 5 places available in each session - so bookings are essential
